We're wondering if the same right to apply for an OWP applies, like someone on a visitor's visa who applies inland for PR. If so, does thw OWP confer legitimate status in Canada so that she can safely defer her studies and work for a while, while PR is pending?
Spouse on study visa is applying for PR (I'm sponsoring) -- must she keep her status as a student once we have AOR for the PR application?
