spouse now outside USA... any problem in PR process.

Hi to all,
my spouse is went india for 2months visit from the USA, now I need to know that my file is applied for PR at CIO sydeny from USA because I am on H1B, if my spouse and child stay more in india may be 7 to 8 months that will be creating problem for her and my child. means I can send her document like medical PCC from India, I am going to stay in the USA but my wife and daughter will stay india for couple of months. what to do in this situation.
