Hey,
Am married and have one kid. Will get 7 points for my wife's education. Ielts is not achievable. Hence am not wasting my money for her credentials evaluation. my wife doesn't want to come along with me as of now.

1) In this case do i need to pay my spouse and kids fees i.e $550 and $150 and later $490?.

2)And should i ask her to come along?

3)If i want to add her later. What are the rules.?.

On the forms, you must say you are married and have a child. If you are selected under FSW later, you will still have to show that you have enough money saved for a family of 3. You may, however, designate her and the child as not accompanying you. That will make it possible for you to bring them over later if you want. And you will pay PR fees only for yourself - pay for them later, if you want.

You still get points only as a married person (which are lower) and your points will be lower if she doesn't or can't add to them with her own education and IELTS results.
