Spouse docs request Sep 19. Here are the docs requested. for the spouse in the ADR
SPOUSE
- Schedule A
- IMM 5406
- Photographs
- Birth Certificate
- Passport, if accompanying
- Fees, if accompanying
- Medical
- Any applicable Police certificates
This must be received at this office by 2019/11/19
My question is: As there was no separate medical letter requested for the spouse, how should she get her medicals done? like no MEI number or a letter that I was issued on Sep 6th.
I sent all other docs they have requested except medical.
-Spouse added in the file as dependent on Oct 9th-
-Spouse Biometrics request on Oct 16th.
Please advise me if my spouse (outland) should get her medical booked based on her UCI number or my file number and get done that way or should I be expecting a separate medical request letter for the spouse? And, my medical showed passed on Oct 5th but after spouse was added on Oct 9th Now it it says - we have received your medical and is reviewing it!
