Spouse isn't included!! Although I put his name

Hello, 6 months ago, my mother sent her pr application with her two sons as dependents (in Canada) SHE ALSO ADDED HER SPOUSE who is outside of Canada. Now when she checks her application in her CIC account, she only sees the two sons as dependents, not her husband!!!

Is it possible that they didn't include him in the application?! If they didn't, can she still add him without causing problems or delays??

My mom is going crazy now and panicking so much cuz she can't live without my dad any longer. Please help me through this

When she clicks on yhe "View my dependents", she only sees her two children!! No spouse whatsoever

Dependents outside Canada have their own application and UCI number. So her spouse would not be included in her application.

Her spouse should contact the Visa Office in his country to get his info, or hire someone in Canada as a representative to act on behalf of him.
