Hi,

Can any of you please provide some clarity for the below questions, it would be very helpful.

Apply as married in Express Entry and giving the number of dependencies as 3 including myself, If I select spouse is not accompanying, in this case can my child travel with me to Canada once I get my PR?

If spouse is not landing before visa expiry date but principal applicant is on express entry PR in Canada should we need to go through the spouse sponsorship program or can spouse get new visa stamped and enter Canada as a dependent in express entry?

Thanks in Advance.

Yes - your child can travel with you.

You need to go through the spouse sponsorship program.
