Spouse is in Canada on TRV and PR in progress

Hi,

My spouse is with me in Canada now on TRV and spousal sponsorship PR (outland online) is in progress.
Has anyone been in this situation? What should I mention in the IRCC Web Form so that they process the PR within Canada instead of the country?

You cannot switch an application from outland to inland. Once the outland application is approved however, you can complete landing procedures from withint Canada.

Okay. Currently, my spouse's medical is passed. There is no update after that.
I am just worried about the PCC (Police clearance certificate) as it is nearing expiry in few weeks. What if they ask to provide new PCC?
