- I received an ITA for the Alberta Opportunity Stream (Non-Express Entry) PNP and have already applied for the nomination. After that, I also received an invitation to apply for PR through CEC, and I want to submit my PR application under this. Can I have both a PNP nomination application and a PR application through Express Entry active simultaneously?
- On my Express Entry profile, I did not include my wife, but I did include her in my PNP nomination application. if I receive the PNP nomination and apply for PR with my wife later, will that be allowed, considering both PR applications (One EE and another non-EE) might be active at the same time and one will have my wife included while the other one will not have her included.
- If I apply for PR under Express Entry without my wife, will she need to leave Canada before or after I apply for PR? If yes, can she come back on her Work Permit later before I get my PR?
