Hi

I'm about to send my application for PR under CEC.
My question is since I'm married & my spouse is living in outside of Canada, can I get PR for her too even though she's not with me right now?

Yes for sure...Fill her forms and submit all supporting docs mentioned in CEC checklist for spouse.

of course you can I just received my wife and my son last night at the Edmonton intl airport from my home country and they stayed there the whole process.
