Hello,

Can anyone tell me that, while applying for the spouse visa, how much money on hand we have to show to canadian goverment as a proof of balanced fund?

please advise,

you don't need any income or proof of balance to sponsor a spouse. the only requirement is that you are not on welfare or social assistance.

Although you don't need any income or proof of balance to sponsor a spouse. But it's better you can show you will be able to support your family without welfare or social assistance in future. As of original question, I also don't know how much is enough fund. Sorry about that.
