Application submission in 2020, with unaccompanied spouse
Accepted Ontario nomination in Jan 2021
AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt) is Mar 2021
Medical, re-medical etc done. COPR / stamping is pending

Emailed IRCC to include husband in June 2022, change spouse status to accompanied spouse.
IRCC responded back that CRS scores would be r-ecalcuated

Query:
Would my 600 points (OINP NOC 0213) would stay valid or they will also be reassessed ? I am getting a mixed response, anyone who has come across similar scenario ?

There may have been changes. Scores used to change from non-accompanying to accompanying during the process without being recalculated so many used this loophole. IRCC may now be recalculating and closing the loophole abuse it is being used so often. First person I have seen comment about score being recalculated so not sure if this a one off or a new rule.

Thanks for your reply, i appreciate it
I am fine with recalculation, its a fair point. I recall reading somewhere on IRCC website also that score would be recalculated.

My query is, would the 600 points under OINP NOC lapse and they will reallot ?
If these 600 points stay, score recalculation would also mean the cut off would be cleared.

Any thought ?

Tough to say. The fact that it is old may be an issue.
