Im wondering why Canadian Embassy Manila not yet request my passport since my application send to CEM last January 2012 from CIC after approved my sponsor /husband

It's not yet time for them to request your passport. Now they are requesting passports for people who had Sponsor Approvals in October. Yours was January. Follow the links that Iay gave you, and you can find the company of other Filipinas who are also waiting, and look at the spreadsheet.
