Spouse entry through visitor visa

My Son Prakhar Sinha has Canada PR since November 2016. He has bachelor's status since then. Now his marriage is fixed in India on 23rd June 2018. Just after marriage he is planning to take his spouse on 30th June to Canada. His spouse has applied for multiple entry visitor visa and hoping to get it by May end.
My question is once his spouse gets visitor visa, after that gets married and would be getting legal documents for marriage, can she go to Canada with him on 30th June after marriage.
My another question is after entering Canada having visitor visa, would she be able to apply for PR under Family sponsorship?
Please answer I am worried on this.

Yes - if her TRV is approved she can go to Canada after the marriage. Yes - she can apply for PR inland once she's in Canada.

I am looking for advice on Spouse immigration to Canada. Please let us know how the immigration worked for your daughter in law. Did she get TRV before marriage ? and was able to travel to Canada ?
