Spouse English IETLS score

Hello,

My husband is from USA so if he takes IELTS test and lets say he gets very high score, how many points would you get from his test score on Express entry?

Also, I received ITA, would i be able to decline the invitation of after submitting the eAPR and received the generated list if documents?

Why would you decline your invitation after submitting the eAPR? You should do it before that.
