Spouse Education and Legal Name change

I got my ITA on 25-Mar.
I am uploading all of my documents.

I never did WES for my wife and did not claim any points for her Education.
In document upload section for Spouse, it is asking to Upload Degree certificate.
Unfortunately I do not have the copy of her Degree certificate and I am currently in Canada.

Please advise.

I think it would be better to apply for the professional immigration consultant help, as there are so many nuances, and the possibility that you can do something wrong is very high. Seek for the reliable and proven agencies or just individuals with positive reputation, so you to be sure, that everything will be fine, and there will no need to worry concerning the reliability of your agent.

You can go back and remove it from her Education and list the study period under personal history when completing the eAPR questionnaire. Then mention the change in your LOE
