Spouse didn’t visit since marriage

Hi everyone,
My wife didn’t visit me since marriage. I got email yesterday they said why your spouse didn’t visit you since marriage. Can anybody have experience about it . Anyone help me out plz . Thanks

Yes I am Outland sponsor,
If your sponsor has not visited you since marriage, please provide a explanation. If she has visited you , please provide evidence including photos etc .

I put my app in jan 7, 2019 . I got married in jan 2017 .

If she has applied for a TRV and has been refused (as many spouses are), showing the refusal will help explain. Have you gone to see her? Providing proof of communication and financial support during this period of absence would help as well.

No I didn’t apply for visit visa . I didn’t see her since marriage. My file transfer to Lvo on 3rd Oct 2019 , yesterday they sent Aditional documents required like

Pcc
Communication proof and

You got married in 2017 and your wife hasn't visited you since? And you never try to visit her here (attempt with TRV application)?

You will need to explain how you two maintain your relationship in the last 3 years!
