Hi guys! my spouse does not custody of his child and the mother is unwilling to get Medicals done. I have all correspondence and custody order. Do I mention the child in the dependent section or in the additional family information.

Please where exactly should I put the child. In the dependent section, I am asked to provide the passport number. I don’t even know if she has one. Without this I cannot proceed to the next stage.

Just select "No" for the passport question. The other fields will grey out.
