so I submitted my application on March 21st,2019 and I got an Canada post delivery status but I didn’t receive an email from visa office that they have received my application in Ottawa. How long do I wait to see that my application has been delivered.

You don't mean "citizenship" as per the thread title, you mean "sponsorship".
You could be waiting for up to a couple of months. Don't panic.

Hi guys, I just received an email back saying my application to sponsor my husband has been received. How do I check the status of my application. In the email I had UCI and Application number. I tried logging in a couple of times but I have not yet been able to view the status of my application

If you're trying with ECAS, I couldn't find my application initially either. It turns out that instead of entering my country of birth as "England" like I had on the forms, they'd put it in as "UK - British subject". Someone else on the March thread had some issues with their last name (since they have 2). You might just need to play around with a few combinations to get it right.

Do I use my name or my husband's whom I am sponsoring? Also, my application was submitted to Sydney office, so should I include my place of birth as Sydney ?
