You could fill and validate the forms online, but needs to print and mail the forms......its paper based application.

After the your application has been received and been processed, you could send any updates or requested documents or forms via online webform.

Do you know if I can send parcel to CIC in Ottawa. I have lots of files to submit. Or put all the files in a big envelop. But I don't think those files will fit in the envelop.

Why won't your documents fit in an envelope......go get a big envelope or whatever.....and send the docs by registered mail like Canada Post to IRCC so you have a tracking number to know when the parcel was delivered.
