I can tell you what I did in my express entry profile....

Step#1 In my express entry profile , click on modify family information and try to remove your spouse first and log out
Step#2 After 5-10 minutes Login again , by doing so you will notice different CRS score, dont worry

Step#3 now click on modify family information and add your spouse, complete the spouse details and continue and submit. the correct CRS score will be updated, check spouse section

Just change anything (small) and transmit your changes. Logout and then login. Hopefully, it will reflect the correct score.
 
After a month of nightmares, the issue is finally fixed. Now, wait for the next draw and cutoff. We are at the edge, in January we will lose 5 points :(
 
Hey Guys I got my spouse points back as well... keep everyone posted if there is something else that comes up.. thanks to everyone who tried to help
 
Guys click on update and continue, then transmit the file once again and it should update the score in 5 minutes. Worked for me. Good luck everyone!
