Can Me and my spouse apply independently for EE? Can we file two different application both separately?

You would have to provide a lot of explanation on why applying as a single while being married.
Last thing I would want to do is to over claim points and get the invitation and get caught for mis-representation of facts.

At worse, it may go through as single applicant with more points, but they may not allow you to add spouse later on.
I don't know for sure. I would not try. Up to you..

Yes, you can both submit your qualifications under EE. Whoever gets an invitation to apply first can be the principal applicant.

Of course, you have to include the spouse's information on each application.
