Hi, I have open work permit and I want to bring my partner to Canada. Can I bring my spouse right after getting a NOC B job. When I checked Canada website, it says my partner can only apply for spousal work permit 6 months after getting a NOC B job. When I talked to a lawyer, he also said we can apply right after getting NOC B job. If so, I can apply for spousal work permit now. Does anybody know about this. Please help.

If you have at least 3 pays stubs with your NOC B job then yes.
