Spousal work visa

I came as a student 2 years before but I was not able to complete my studies then my study permit expired to keep my status I applied for visitor visa its been almost 4 months I haven’t got any decision now I just want know if I can apply for spousal work visa while waiting for my visitor visa as my husband is on open work permit

How did your husband get an open work permit?

After completing his study he got post graduate work permit

You can apply. You have to show he is in a NOC A, B or 0 job. When does his permit expire because processing probably is around 5+ months.

And would i be able to work part time or full time after applying the work permit?
