Spousal visa

Hello All,

My girlfriend is in Canada and having student Visa and I have reached Canada last week through tourist Visa. We have been dating each other for more than 8 years. Now we are planning to get married in Canada. Then is it possible that I can apply for spousal visa??

Please help me!

Do I need prove that our relationship is real?
If yes, then do I need to show our bills, picture ??

Yes, you have to show some sort of evidence to prove your relationship with her is not void.. maybe like a registry certificate, couple's counselling certificate, or any legal binding documents that proves your relationship with her valid.. then maybe with the picture(maybe a proposal photo)

In the sense of bills.. anybody can pay bills for any person who they have no intimacy with..
