i have 2 illegitimate child ages 6 and 3,under the biological father's surname, but theyre in my custody, father has no capacity to raise them as the father is jobless and has vices, i want to know if anyone can tell me if the affidavit for sole custody will be enough for custody papers required in the process, since under philippine law mother of the illegitimate children is under mother's custody and no dispute to it.. pls can anyone help me if its gonna be enough.. i am married to a canadian a year ago, and still here n the phillipines, my husband really wants me go be with him already but the custody paper really delayed us in the application
