Hi there! Can anyone help me and my husband to fully understand the timeline for spousal approval? My husband got approved as my sponsor last December 7, 2012. They said that they will send my papers to Canadian Embassy here in Manila where I am living right now. Here’s our current status on cic website.
We received your application for permanent residence on December 7, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

Would anyone knows what’s next? And how long shall we wait for the approval of my visa? Does anyone have the same status too? Thank you in advance!

Hi ganyan din yung status ko. Matagal talaga mag update ang cem pero tiyaga lang po mabilis nalang po yan.

supposedly 11 months lang ang process, pero etong samin ng asawa ko pa-14th month na before DM, tapos d pa bumabalik and mga papers ko with visa. me and hubby are very excited already.
kung kaka-approved lang ng sponsorship ng asawa mo, medyo matagal pa yan.yong samin,after ma-approve ng sa hubby ko, hiningan pa nila kami ng other papers for more proof. then police clearance kung galing ka ng ibang bansa. dont worry, they will send you mails if they need more info from you.and always check your mails too.

Madami nga po nag sasabi na matagal ang process pero yung mga friends ko po mabilis lang yung iba 3 months nakuha na nila visa nila. Case to case din po talaga. Try niyo po patawagin yung hubby niyo sa call center nila kasi ganun po ginagawa ng hubby ko para po ma update kami.wala pa naman po hininge samin kasi complete po namin pinass lahat nag tanung tanung din po kasi ako nung nag seminar ako sa pdos mga kasabayan ko po na sila may visa na 3 months lang nag antay tas sabi po nila mga kailangan talaga requirements para hindi po mag karoon ng delay.thanks po

Madami po may ganyan case doon sa isa forum. Ginagawa po nila tumatawag or nakikipag sked po sa vo nila try nyo po mag post sa forum mga pinoy para po mahelp ka nila.

Thanks ha. Naiinip na din kc kami ni hubby ko mag-intay. Actually, we hired representative for this, kaya lang they are not good in updating us. Sayang lang ung binayad ni hubby ko. =(

Sabi nga nila my case dn na after 3 months approved na dn cla. Pero sabihan ko c husband na itry nya palang tawagan ung call center
