You were also together in India in 2022? For how long? Living together?

In either 2022 or 2019, did you reside together for more than 12 months, continuously? For my question, very important that it is MORE than 12 months, even a day more. A day less than 12 months is not the same.

You should order the gcms notes, they may help understand what is going on. Do this right away.

Hi, We got the PFL from the Delhi office and did the Hindu marriage, including the marriage certificate. We have responded with pics back to them for the lava phere and other rituals. Can you let us know the next steps for your application? If they refused it, where are you in the process, and what actions did you take, please?

This might be similar to the other case in this thread or not. The claim above seemed to be that the officer said the marriage was not valid. Your case of 'because it was not a grand marriage ' would almost certainly not be ircc wording - sounds like they don't believe the relationship is genuine, and that's a very different basis from the above point of not a valid marriage.

Not enough information in either case to be certain, however.
