Hi guys,

I have received my spousal visa and will be flying to Canada with my husband tomorrow. Is there anything specific I need to take with me? What questions and documents do they ask for? Please let me know about your experience :)

Thanks in advance :)

if you're bringing a large amount of items with you (beyond the normal amount of suitcases a person travels with) or intend to bring items later on, you will need to fill out the BSF186 declaration form. If you are only traveling with a small amount of items, you do not need to fill out the declaration form.

All that is needed for landing is your COPR and passport. the questions they ask are the ones written on your copr. they and you will intial/sign, they'll stamp and ask for a canadian address to send your PR card to, and send you on your way. the entire process is about 15 minutes.
