Hi
My husband is a PR in Canada and living there for 5 years.
We applied for my spousal visa (outland applicant living in India) on 16th May 2017
Application received - 18th May 2017
AOR1-14th June 2017
AOR2 (NDVO)-8th August 2017.

Since then heard nothing from CIC OR NDVO.
Any 2017 applicant here?

I want to sponsor my husband to Canada but I have a charge assault bodily I was charged in 2008 but because this person wouldn’t leave me alone I left Ontario and came to b.c and I waived it over to b.c so I had to plead guilty to it I got 3 months house arrest and 2 years probation witch I finish my house arrest at the end of April this year than my probation starts can I still sponsor my husband to Canada if I explained my situation I haven’t got in any trouble since 2008 can someone help me out please
