Hello

I applied for my wife sponsorship in May 2019, I live in Canada(Toronto) she is in Pakistan. She just received a letter from CIC requesting the following info.
 Police Certificate: Please provide an updated original police clearance certificate for Pakistan. This must be received at this office by: 2020/03/18
 Client Information: Please provide photos with your sponsor from outside of your wedding. According to your application, your sponsor has visited you three times since your marriage. Please provide pictures from each trip. This must be received at this office by: 2020/03/18
 Communication, proof: Please provide extensive chat logs between you and your sponsor with a certified English or French translation. This must be received at this office by: 2020/03/18

My questions:

1. Is this part of a normal procedure?
2. How many pictures am I suppose to send 20? I only have 5-10 pictures. Digital phots would suffice or do i need to mail the actual photos?
3. I don't have much chat logs, We communicated mostly over Whatsapp calls how do i justify that? Do i have to write a letter explaining that? would that put my case in jeopardy?
4. How do i send the docs just reply back to the email? There is no upload link provided, however the email they sent says max file size should be 5 MB.

This indicates that CIC has concerns about whether your relationship is genuine.
1. No but not unusual.
2. Send whatever you have. Hopefully you have photos from each visit.
3. Whatever you have you can submit. It is pretty unusual for people not to chat these days.
4. Through your online account.

Hi,

1. Is this part of a normal procedure? (No, however it seems you may not have sent enough for them to validate your relationship. This is why they're requesting more.)
2. How many pictures am I suppose to send 20? I only have 5-10 pictures. Digital photos would suffice or do i need to mail the actual photos? (Digital is fine. Print them on a word doc if possible and include the dates VERY IMPORTANT, and a description of what is going on in each picture. They have asked for pics from each of the 3 trips so you want to fulfill that request. If you don't have for a particular trip you must also explain why not.)
3. I don't have much chat logs, We communicated mostly over Whatsapp calls how do i justify that? Do i have to write a letter explaining that? would that put my case in jeopardy? (Screenshot call logs and provide explanation as to why you don't have an extensive chat log)
4. How do i send the docs just reply back to the email? There is no upload link provided, however the email they sent says max file size should be 5 MB. (Follow the instructions given in the email. If you are allowed to respond...then do so. If they've given another method. Follow that.) Hope this helps.)

Hi,

I need to get my PCC for my spousal application. I have lived in Pakistan throughout however, since my 18th birthday I have lived at multiple addresses (3) on rent so they were obviously not stated on my CNIC.

My revised CNIC after marriage shows my permanent address (i.e. husbands address) so can anyone please guide me how many certificates do I need to obtain and would it be an issue since these addresses were not mentioned on my CNIC which I will have to submit to the police station(s)
