I apologize if this has been asked before, I am new to forums (well before my time!)

I am searching for the Family-Class (Spousal) visa application visa forms but it is a broken link on the Government of Canada site. I have a physical copy I printed from another site but cannot find it!

If anyone has a link to a PDF of it, I will be very thankful!

If possible, I would like the whole application package.

Thank you very much for any reply!

Yes I have, sadly all links for forms lead to an error regarding Adobe? I am unsure why, all programs are up to date on my computer.
I edited to make clear I am going through the Govt site.
The issue is with the computer you are using - not the government web site. Can you try a different computer?

Try copying form link to Internet Explorer IE browser and save it from there to your pc. CHROME doesn't support forms.

You need to right click the link and download the file, and then open it in Adobe Acrobat. Browsers try to open the PDFs directly, which breaks them when they are fillable.
