Hey everyone
A friend of mine applied for a College in Quebec more than a year ago, but her visa was rejected. She applied again but got rejected once more. (Reasons were the same: The officer wasn't convinced that he would leave Canada after her studies and family ties)
Now, since her fiancé lives in Canada, they want to get married in their home country and then apply via spousal sponsorship. I was wondering if the previous study visa rejections would have a negative effect on spousal visa ?
Thanks
