i have a Q about my application for permanent residence in Canada.I sent my criminal record check on June 6th 2016.I want to know how long its take to get final decision.after i send criminal record check.

Posted times are 26 months. CIC's statistics for the last 2 quarters have stated the average is 22 months for inland applications to complete. As scylla stated, it's hard to say because each application has it's own challenges and there is a significant backlog ahead of you. That said, they have been making a pretty good effort at clearing the backlog as fast as possible, and opening up another 12,000 Inland Spousal Sponsorship slots for 2016 (and they are evaluating for 2017).
