Hi There.....And Happy New Year To All

I am new to this forum and also new to applying for spousal sponsorship.
I am grateful for any assistance to anyone that would take the time to direct me in the right direction.

My wife and I have been married since March 2011, and at the time I searched on line for assistance in trying to find the easiest and fastest way to sponsor my wife as she is not working, due to the different responses we been getting from so many people, which has since left us very confused and totally lost, so we decided at the time to try other alternatives which also did not pan out to well. Although I am a Canadian Citizen born and raised and my wife is from the Philippines here on a work visa which is at this time not active. I am not familiar with our immigration laws, as I stated before I am new at this and totally lost.
My question here is: If someone can please start off by telling me exactly what forms I need, I have gone to the site where people have been told to go to with the similar situation as mine and found that it was vague or not enough. These are the forms I printed out (Below) on the site I went to, but when I read other peoples messages who are also sponsoring a spouse, and I noticed at times I see different types of forms, and that's when I get lost....lol
So if there is someone here that can please tell me exactly what forms I need besides the forms below, can you please share this information with me?
Thank you so much in advance to those who offer their help.....
Here are the forms I have at this time: IMM5443F, IMM0008F, IMM5669F, IMM0008DEP-F, IMM1344F, IMM5481F, IMM5285F, IMM5476F, APPENDIX ''A'' APPENDIX ''B'. This is all I have at this time. Please I know that people here are very kind, and like to elaborate, but right now all I really need is the exact forms as I don't want to leave anything out, because I know this will create a big problem for us later. Once again thank you so much in advance.....tjetta

You need to be sure whether you are applying outland versus inland when you are looking for the proper immigration forms for your situation. The confusion you have is probably related to just that. The download will also give you a documentation checklist which states all the forms you and your spouse will be reqruired to fill out.

Follow the links on Citizenship and Immigration Canada website, to the Sponsoring your Family: Spouses and dependent children section - How to apply. It will lead you to both the inland and outland forms.
