Hi Guys

i have few questions as i was filling Spousal Application- Outland

1.Have you Submitted a previous application in respect of which a final decision has not been made for the person being sponsored and their family members?

i dont understand, we have submitted visitor visa application in june 2023 and got rejected and we applied again and still in process , i have sent my husband invitation letter .

so what should answer to this question?

Visitor visa apps are not sponsorship apps, an invitation is not a sponsorship.

PA is Citizen of India but have PR card from Spain, while i am submitting the application he is in India. Can he travel back to Spain while Application is in process and when can he come back like after AOR ?

Yes but do outland application. Return whenever likes and has visa etc.
