Hey i wanna ask do they inform us when they send our file to london office! I had passed my medical exam 4 months ago but didn’t received any updates gckey showing that file is in progress , Can any body help me plz !

Yes, they should tell you (or your representative if you nominated one) when they send it on to the local VO, whether that is London or another office is another matter. You can always apply for your CGMS notes if you are concerned.
