hi I just submitted my paper application for sponsoring my spouse and I sent it via Canada post courier service ( in November). I did a big mistake that time by not requesting for a signature up on receiving. Now I’m really worried whether they delivered it there because I have not heard anything from CIC

If you look at the Outland thread for November, you'll see that many of us are in the same boat - some folks with delivery dates in mid-November are starting to get the AORs. Apparently it's 2-3 months just for that.

I was able to call IRCC after 2 months, and get a confirmation that they have my file. Try to call them.
