I have a question.
I have a boyfriend in Canada processing his PR and wants me to invite as a spousal visa we've been together for almost 1year and 5months. But the problem is I'm married in the Philippines but of course we're separated. Can it be possible that he can invite as a spousal visa with out any problem?

You have to be legally married OR have lived together for at least 12 months to qualify for sponsorship.

You will have to show evidence of living together...utility bills...joint house ownership/rental contract...pictures etc.
You will also need your marriage annulment certificate...as there are no divorces in Philipines.
