How did you afford to have a live-in caregiver while living on less than 22000 and in subsidized housing? That would never have been approved and all your income would have gone o the caregiver.
My live in caregiver application was around 2012 I believe...you can check my posts to be sure thanks. My income level was not the same 5 or 6 years ago. So Yes, I was approved, she did come and complete her contract.

Edited to add: my whole living and work situation is not even the same as it was back then. You are aware things in life can change drastically right???

Living in subsidized housing is not a problem. I lived in housing with my 3 children on a lower working income than you and had no problem sponsoring my husband and 2 children.
Hi Faithey. I am looking to sponsor my husband overseas, but I live in subsidized housing and I only work 20 hours a week and I pay rent based on that. Is it goin to be an issue when my husband comes here, and how will our rent be calculated since he will not be able to get a job because of language barrier. I dont even know if I will be allowed to live here when he comes to Canada, because his income will be taken into consideration too correct?
