Yes you can apply for a visit visa and could get married. if he's planning to leave Canada , you should apply for an outland sponsorship. Then he may return once it's completed.

Great. So as per my understanding it will go like this... correct me if i am wrong

1) he taking vistor visa and come to canada
2) we will get married and he will return back
3) i will apply for outland sponsorship..me being in canada and he in india

I have no experience with marriage in Canada. I'm not sure what the proceedings are

You need to look at marriage requirements in your province.

Google your province requirements regarding marriage, as the required documents, forms, and fees can differ province to province.

Generally though, you get your marriage license, get married, wait for your marriage certificate and then put the certificate in the application package (you shouldn't apply without the certificate).

Him being a visitor doesn't really matter as people get married all over the world all the time (maybe not ALL over the world, but you get my point).

Now I'm stuck validating the forms as to validate the form it requires the "Family name" field to be filled out. But on my spouse passport she don't have any family name on it. Please help. thank you in advance.

as it says - type exactly whatever is on the passport. But in passport it is empty.

Only thing I can think of is putting N/A for "not applicable" wait to hear some more results. I'm sure you'll get some more

As stated in the link I provided, you leave the given name field blank.
