A CoPR is Valid for the remaining time of the Medical Not 1 year from the date of the Medical . and generally CoPR are always valid for less than a Year . Unless they approved you and sent it to you the same day you did your medicals .

Wow, you are actually serious about that statement, aren't you...

The medical is valid for a year. Therefore, stating that the COPR expires a year from the date of the medical is the EXACT SAME THING as stating that the COPR is valid for the remaining time of the medical.

Hi guys,

Quick question!

We´re filling out the paperwork so my wife can sponsor me inland. I know we should attach several pictures, receives from holidays, etc to prove that we aren´t faking our relationship. My question is how. I mean, there isn´t in the CIC website or the paperwork any information about the format. Do we just print a bunch of pictures and documents with an explanation of what they are at the back? Do we number them and attach another document listing all of them? I just have no clue and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You are subnitting a paper application, right? If so, print photos might be best.

I found that the easiest way to organize photos was to put them into Word. I separated pics by event, with about 5-12 photos per page, and gave the photos a little caption.

Thanks Canuck_in_uk for clarifying the COPR and Medical test validity.

Our applications medical test would expire soon. Should we go ahead and do medical test again or it's wiser to wait for CIC to request.

Don't do a another medical unless IRCC requests it. They often extend the validity of the medical.

Sure - she can certainly apply for a TRV. However there is no guarantee it will be approved.

Hi everyone,

Can I sponsor my 27 years old sister to Canada?

I am Canadian citizen, not married and do not have any family member in Canada.

Really appreciate your reply :)

Is at least one of your parents still alive? If so - then unfortunately you cannot sponsor your sister.

We put photos in word documents by year. In each document, we selected photos in order of the months (4 or 6 to a page) and commented below of who, what, where etc. We also did a separate word document with photos of our wedding and reception. Then we color printed all the documents. It seemed like a lot of photos but I wanted to show the progression of our relationship. And more is always better than less in this case. Hope that helps.
