Hey guys

I sent two outdated forms Gen 0008 and 5710e (Change conditions) outdated with my application on 27 Nov 2015 (Inland). So far I haven't heard anything from CIC.Now I am sending a 5476 form (Rep) which is basiclly me so I can access the file of my wife on her behalf. I called cic and they said you can send that document to the same CIC mississauga address or do it online as this is faster. I am thinking to send these outdated forms along with it. I can write at the envelope "Additional ENclosed info" with the file no., old trackimg no, client id everything.

FYI, the new and old forms has no difference between them. I believe it is just the database saving change but if I compare everything is same. My file was received on 27 N0v 2015 and the new forms were updated sometime in NOV 2015 and the for 5710E form was updated in Oct 2015.

What do you guys think?

Thanks J

There's both the possibility that they will accept the new forms you send them, and the possibility that they'll return your entire application to you as it's technically "incomplete".

Yes that's true.

Im new to this forum, i send my application november 30 at the po box in ontario. I have not receive any information from cic. Can someone help me. :'(

About Notice of Assessment. My sponsor haven't pay his taxes after 2013. He will do years 2014 and 2015 taxes now soon as possible. They said in Canada Revenue it takes 4-6 weeks to get him in process. Problem is we also need to send application package soon to CIC.
Is it okay to submit t4 and notice of assessment from the year 2013 and include explanation letter about years 2014-2015? I have Client ID/UCI, so I can send those later?

I read your other post on the Dec. Outland thread, so I assume you applied outland? Are you sure he dropped it off? Has he checked his email and junk folders (or whatever email you put in the application)? Have you tried logging into ECAS with both your info and his info, using either your receipt number or UCI number (if you have one)?

You should post in the EE section.

You MUST notify CIC that you are married and add your spouse. Failure to do so is misrepresentation and means that you can never sponsor your spouse in the future.

No you don't have to inform CIC. You can work (almost) where ever you want with an open permit.

Hello guys,

Just recently received my husband's re-medical instructions. This is what it says,

Once you identify a panel physician in your area, book an appointment for your medical examination. When you schedule your appointment, please ensure that arrangements are made for your chest x-ray and laboratory tests as well. Once your medical has been completed the doctor will forward the medical results to CIC.

Are they just asking for a chest x-ray and laboratory tests or are they asking for a full re-medical? Also, if it is just the x-ray and lab test, how much would it cost?

THank you

That's a request for a full medical.
