They don't issue confirmations. You'll hear from them once the sponsor has been approved.

During the spousal sponsorship the application ask for the education and school for the spouse. what if there is not proof that he attended school, will that cause conflict?

You do not need to provide any documentation regarding the sponsored applicant's education with your application package nor a specific level of sponsored applicant's education is required for a successful application. However, I have seen a handful of poster's comments stating that the VO agent has asked the applicant to provide his probable means of support in Canada, which could include proof of a degree, job references... qualifications in general. It is only my guess that indicating a level of education for which proof cannot be provided may constitute misrepresentation, but it would not be the first time I have been wrong.

Some countries do require proof of education, so check your country-specific requirements. The former Soviet countries require applicants to submit their school records. I have seen some African countries with similar requirements.
I don't believe there is a minimum education level required, but some VOs will ask for documents. If there is no proof, you may need to try every possible avenue before sending in an application without those documents, if your country requires them.

Have you looked at the country-specific requirements? Please do that first. You may not even need to submit any documents. If he did not attend school at all, you may have some issues in proving compatibility. The VO does not look at that in determining how likely a relationship is to be genuine. It's not the only thing of course, but a large gap in education levels can raise a red flag, for example a person with a doctorate marries someone who dropped out of high school.

Can I photocopy pictures for my application?

I am an American who has recently wed a Canadian. We are in the middle of the application filling out (outland) and am wondering for the photos they want...can I photocopy pages of picture albums (Shutterfly, etc) that I've made of us over the years? I've got a good 7 years worth or so that are all sitting here looking at me and it would be much easier to just photocopy the pages than go through 7 years of digital pictures to find and print out relevant ones. I can literally photocopy the cover of each book that has the months and years listed and then the pages with us together in each book. Will they find this acceptable or do I have to literally get prints made of each and every photo I want to send?

Thankyou!
I just looked and Sri-lanka does not ask for the education/school information.
But will the gap cause a delay. It is a love marriage, and im doing nursing in canada.

CIC only charges $5 for GCMS notes when requested by a third party. The notes are a detailed response to a database query. They often run on to 30+ pages but are not information dense. If nothing has happened to your application they won't tell you much.

They are normally 30 days old when you get them (30 days after your request)

Copies are fine. We did ours on plain paper and had no issues.

You case is very recent for all standards (less than 3 months old), why waste money requesting notes? Your notes may not even be worth getting based on the information they might contain. In most desperate scenarios, wait at least half the time of the processing time to request them. It is known that the Delhi VO always asks for passports way ahead in the process and that is no indication of any advanced processing at all.

Yes, you can still be sponsored. If you wish to remain in Canada, you should apply via the inland process, which does not require that you have status in Canada. Otherwise, you need to leave Canada (at which point your overstay is resolved) and then you can attempt to return.
