Hello everyone, can anyone give me some advice about my case. I just became PR in October 15 and stayed in Canada until April 15, before that we try to get him a visa, but the government refused it, so then I came back to my country to be with my significant other( I’ve had received my PR card in june), he has been working remote with a canadian company and they recently said that they will make a work offer for him in a few months, since then I’ve been waiting for that in my country. I just don’t know if I should come back to Canadá or wait until he can have his work visa (by the way we want to apply for an inland sponsor so we won’t be apart) or try again the visitor visa.

Hi Guys,

Need a little bit understanding. I have applied for my wife's spousal PR - Inland on 18th July 2022. Received AoR on 11th August with application number started with F. Today she received an email of reminder on Medical and Right to Permanent Fee payment. This is the first email and not yet received any medical request email and already paid all the amount (sent the receipt with the paper application).
Should we move ahead and go for medical ?
Also, should we send the receipt through webform or its usual email which everyone gets irrespective of whether they have paid or not.?

Please let me know. :)

Hello guys, I have had an update on the ECAS PA side as follows on line 2

"We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 15, 2022"

Is this AOR2 by any chance?

PA already has the line "We started processing your application on July 20, 2022." so I assumed that the application was already received by the VO based on what I read.

We did not get anything like this. If it's medical request, the email should have an attachment with the medical request paper that you need for your medical.
Submit webform with copy of your receipt and explain that you have paid everything. They should be able to update your file. Also it might be a good idea to send the webform to both ircc and your vo.

That email does not have any attachment. Its not a medical request email. Its just a reminder email. I am thinking of sending it via webform whatever they have asked.
Also one more thing, my wife did her medical before she came to canada (less than 12 months when we submitted our file), she need to have another medical done..right ?

I see.
The medical is good for 12 months. You can upload the receipt for medical through webform. Most likely she will have to do another medical because it will likely expire before they make decision.

Do not reply to that email. It is a standard email sent to all the applicant. I have also received it and so many other applicants from our June group have received it. If you have already paid for everything, you do not need to do anything.

Sending webform for no reason may cause delays in your application. You should only use webform when its absolutely necessary.
