Not sure what you meant but did you check the forms? Always check the bottom part of the forms. There are forms asking for start and ending dates of employment, if you are still working on your job you should enter September 2021 or and not May 2021. If you do that, that will show that you only work there from this date to May 2021. Makes sense?
Just do this.....don't start at all until when is time and you are ready to apply. There are forms and they keeps updating itself on a daily basis....so start it when ready....hope that helps?

And also know that the more you delay, the more the processing time will also take longer....so the earlier,the better when it comes to Canadian immigration!! Don't stretch IRCC before they start to stretching you.....Else, you gonna feel some stressful pains, I tell you.....Ask everybody. Those people, you don't wanna try them at all....lol
Please read and understand our previous replies. If you want to take chances, go. But understand that everything on IRCC keeps updating and changing.

Hi Efie..you seem to know much about spousal sponsorship …wanted to find of if it’s normal to receive biometrics to pay the fees and still haven’t been ask to do the biometrics itself …
You see IRCC can do just anything. They don't have one format....They can change their mind anytime and do stuffs. Usually, you make the payment first and the main thing follows. Call them and ask when do they want you to do the biometrics since you've paid and you must also wait for them to send you instructionsnote or letter first to do the biometrics before you can proceed. Until then, you got wait.....And they will tell you as to when since it's their decision when you will be called and as part of the process, you got to pay for the biometrics and do it when they call you if you've not done any in the last 10 years...Just be patient also and hear what they shall say unto you by calling or webforming them....hope that helps?
Just go to where they want you to do it and they will get it anyhow....if you want to link up your application online....Always use number 2 when it's about the number of people applying for the application. You are only one but make it two(2). That's the only figurative question aside your date of birth
Backlog of permenant resident applications according to a CTV article:

The pandemic has not been nice to the Canadian immigration system unfortunately. That is why we are seeing so many delays in all aspects of immigration and not one party looking to win tomorrows elections has properly addressed of how to remove this huge backlog of applications. What a mess...

Yeah it’s helps and makes a lot of sense …well after I paid the biometrics fee they instructed me I did my police clearance then after they sent another mail to do my medicals ..then I saw it in my online tool account that medical results received …and it’s been three months now …heard nothing since then does mean I passed my medicals? ..being trying to link my Gckey account but it doesn’t work ..I emailed Accra visa office since I knew now my application was there and was told my application is still in a queue for review ..what does that also mean ..is it good news or more delays ..assist your brother with this info wai..I’m a Ghana man and you know we can’t be too away from our wives ..lol..
