Hi,jryan said:hi there..im new here and just sent in my application to sponsor my wife to canada. my question is that i forgot to include my email within the application, will that hinder the process even more and how can i contact someone regarding my email.

I will respectfully disagree with this posting. We changed my spouse's name, couriered the information to the vo and they recieved it on a Monday. By Friday they had made the change on Ecas and it shows on all relevant documents. Some have said it is another step in showing the sincerity of your marriage. That I can not prove but it can not hurt.canuck_in_uk said:No, changing your name will not benefit the application in any way.
No, changing your name will complicate the application.
Yes, you would need to notify IRCC of the name change and include a copy of your new passport.
It is actually a fairly simple process, especially in this case, as it is the sponsor wanting to change their name.
Contact CIC to withdraw your application , if you paid the right of permanent residence fee it will be reimbursed . I'm assuming he's not a PR already .Rosa1883 said:Hello,
My husband came to Canada 3 months ago. He fled away within 3 week from my home. I have already got AINP and put my file in federal. Now I want to remove his name from that file. so what is the procedure for that? and how can I apply for refund for his application?
Wrong answer - this isn't a spousal sponsorship application.TANMEX said:Contact CIC to withdraw your application , if you paid the right of permanent residence fee it will be reimbursed . I'm assuming he's not a PR already .
You can't remove his name entirely from the application unless you can prove you have legally separated. One way to do this would be to file divorce papers. Until then - you will have to continue to include you husband in your application - although you can flag him as non-accompanying. As long as he is part of your application, he will still have to take and pass the medical and also provide police certificates. So I would officially file for divorce as soon as you can.Rosa1883 said:Hello,

I typed that answer quickly on my phone and missed a word. My post is now corrected.Sous02 said:I will respectfully disagree with this posting. Thank you for your valuable time but I still have some confusion about application withdrawal. Am I just able to withdraw the application of my husband? Can I just aaply for Rufud for his application ? As I have paid $1100 for both of us which included $550 for him.TANMEX said:Contact CIC to withdraw your application , if you paid the right of permanent residence fee it will be reimbursed . This thread is for Family Class apps. You need to post in the EE or PNP section of the forum.Rosa1883 said:Thank you for your valuable time but I still have some confusion about application withdrawal. DM today 21st
isa Office Paris
am Visa exempted (Spain)
I have read that if Visa Exempted the VO office Paris will not ask me to send neither photos no copy of passport
If so..., in how many days should I get the COPR per mail to Spain ?
Thanks
If you are at 'Decision Made' on E-cas you will receive an email in due course requesting that you send a photocopy of your passport, 2 extra passport photographs and information provided in the email for your PR card. Once this has been sent to your local visa office you will receive your COPR within 1 to 4 weeks, provided that they do not request any further information.
Where did you read that your visa office will not ask for photos or passport photocopy?
