What is this mean?

usually how long does it take for visa office to send AOR 2 after file transfer?

ECAS on PA side shows third line : we started processing on xxxxxx, but no AOR2 yet.

Do they send AOR2 before this ECAS update or later?

it depends on the visa office. not all visa offices send an AOR2. Find the thread specific to your visa office and see what the trend is there...

i also had the same problem. try putting a single space in the "city of birth" field, then put the country of birth. don't put anything in the passport information fields. and number of people in the application 2. try that and see if it works.

Hi guys. Just wondering about the background declaration form IMM5669.. It gives you 2 places to sign. Once at the very top and another area to sign in front of an official. The problem is that the instructions tell her to send her completed forms to me so when does she sign that area when an official is present? Before she sends it to me or after..oh by the way shes in Philippines and im in Canada..

I have a regular assault charge on my record from over 10 years ago. Im in Canada. Do i have anything to worry about to sponsor my wife to get here?????

I shouldn't think so as you're the sponsor, if it was your partner who'd been charged they may be inadmissible but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Does it ask you to declare it on any of your forms?

In form 0008 question 3, do I need to include my daughter even though she is Canadian? and do I need to include her and my wife (Sponsor) as dependents in the end of the form?

For my daughter, even though she is a Canadian citizen, does this mean I have to fill out Form 0008DEP?

I shouldn't think so as you're the sponsor, if it was your partner who'd been charged they may be inadmissible but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Does it ask you to declare it on any of your forms?

Yes it asks if ive been convicted of any SERIOUS violent offences.. i dont know what serious means to these people.. its about 10 years old and only assault.. not assault with a weapon or anything like that.. i didnt serve any jail time on it..

i feel when in doubt document it anyway. if you don't and they find out it would look like your hiding it, in the eyes of the officer.

The reason im wondering is because the instructions say that my wife in who im sponsoring must send COMPLETED forms to me so im just wondering if she needs it processed before sending it to me.thanks for your help

I'd like to know this as well. I can't figure out if I need to include my wife (the sponsor) on all these forms. It seems redundant, as spousal sponsors have their own specific forms to fill out. But I don't want to risk making a mistake.

You do not include your Canadian daughter on IMM0008. The sponsor is also not included as they are already either Canadian or a PR.
IMM0008DEP is for when you have more than 5 family members. Do you have more than 5 non-Canadian children?

You do need to list your Canadian daughter and spouse on the additional family information form.
