Spousal sponsorship

Hello everyone!

Hope everyone is fine. I have a query can anyone help please!

My spouse sponsorship application has been refused in 2014, i have appealed then and won my appeal in april 2016. IAD allowed my appeal. Now the situation is they asked me to go for up-front medical and resubmit updated application which must include schedule A, application for permanent residence and additional family information plus right of permanent residence fee. Now i am confused should i have resubmit an updated application kit or the things they asked to submit? Can anyone tell me how long will it take to complete the process? What will be the next steps?

very bad, sorry to hear you that you had gone all through this. and I am glad you won the case. now you should submit fresh application with updated information. and you should pay new fees.

Actually my confusion is as under,

CIC states that.

An updated application kit which must include the following:

IMM 0008

IMM 5669

IMM 5406

Now they mentioned three forms should i submit new application or only these 3 forms?
