Spousal Sponsorship

Hi, my husband a canadian citizen and I already filed for a canadian citizenship certificate for our 3 year old daughter, the embassy of canada here in manila says that the waiting time for the certificate would be 9 months..we are going to file for my spousal sponsorship, do we need to include our child in the application? Is she included in the PR application that we need to file? We really dont know what to do next. Do we need to wait for our daughter's proof of citizenship before we file for my application?

No, you don't include her ON the application as such. However, she will be listed on the Additional Family Information form. No, you don't need to wait.
