Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
My husband and I were recently married on June 10 this year. I am a Canadian citizen and he is an American citizen. He currently resides with me in Canada but is employed in the US (Seattle). He telecommutes 3-4 days a week, and travels down to Seattle 1-2 days a week. As far as I understand it, he is technically a visitor in Canada as he leaves and re-enters the country once a week.

We are trying to figure out whether it would be better for him to apply under the skilled worker class (based on the assessment tool on the CIC website, he meets all the requirements) or whether I should sponsor him under the family class.

If you need more information to answer my question, please let me know. Any insight or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

spousal sponsorship is faster n doesnot require language tests n collections of documents
FSW is independent as he cannot claim social support in 10 years which u r entitled to pay back to govt in spousal sposorship
